Targeting Alternative Growth (TAG) Resources Inc., is an ongoing vision designed to integrate its leadership experience, specialized skill sets and associate relationships with strategic enterprise, community and organizational development initiatives, youth capital and conscious talent.  In this way, TAG Resources generates opportunities that promote collective and individual empowerment, corporate/self-reliance, youth development and the fine arts. 

TAG Resources develops innovative human service/educational program models and workshops that target solutions to address business and non-profit promotional needs.  Our technology advances techniques to help private and non-profit organizations become more competitive.  We accomplish this through disciplined research and integrated methods that enhance performance. TAG Resources understands the need to build and match collaborative relationships as a primary thrust in promoting community outreach strategies and maintaining successful outcomes for our clients. TAG Resources emphasizes strategic planning, organizational development, legislative advocacy; fundraising, proposal formulation, evaluation and assessment; stakeholder coordination and targeted educational forums; as part of its diverse suite of products.  The firm continues to mine emerging and established non-profit, faith-based, quasi-public and private market entities to deliver tactical social service and business solutions; dedicated research for community development; coordinated forums for youth development, neighborhood empowerment; and specialized public relations. 

The firm assists non-profits in establishing funding streams for program development; has acquired non-profit 501c3 status for local and national umbrella organizations; developed strategic and marketing plans; prepared federal ACYF, HRSA,  varied other bids and designed bid/RFP processes; and provides specialized research and technical assistance to support a host of non profit and business development outcomes.  TAG Resources has 
conducted planning, marketing, anecdotal data collection and analysis in response to  scopes of work for the NJ Construction Services Disparity Study, NJ Transit's Office of Business Diversity, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Schoor De Palma, Bovis Lend Lease, and other transportation, highway and tunnel construction management firms under the auspices and mentoring of Management Interventions Inc., based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Collectively, TAG Resources fundraising efforts have raised over 2.2 million dollars for children, schools and initiatives in Trenton, Mercer County and across the State of New Jersey.   The company's accomplishments have been instrumental in delivering funding for private and non-profit entities from Work First New Jersey, the Department of Community Affairs, Mercer County Training and Employment Services, United Way of Greater Mercer County, the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services, the Presbytery of New Brunswick, the Office of Faith Based Initiatives and the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.
